Warranties and Return Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The product information published in our catalogues and literature is not guaranteed. It is subject to change without notice. LIMITED WARRANTY

UNDERWATER SYSTEMS INC. (U.S.l.) products are warranted against mechanical, electrical, and physical defects for a period of one year from the date of shipment from the company. If they have been properly used, and are warranted to be merchantable and fit for the ordinary purposes for which such products are used. There are no express warranties or warranties of fitness for any particular purpose, or any implied warranties other than those made expressly herein, all such warranties being expressly disclaimed. The obligation of U.S.I. under this limited warranty, including the limited warranty of merchantability and fitness for the ordinary purposes for which the products are used, and all other warranties are limited to the furnishing of new parts free of charge in exchange for parts which have been proven defective and deems not to include any other costs such as the cost of removal of defective part, installation, labor or consequential damages of any kind, the exclusive remedy being to require such new parts to be furnished. U.S.I. assumes no responsibility for proper selection and installation of its products.

RETURN POLICY:

1. Prior return authorization must be obtained.

2. Returns must be accompanied with the following information:

    A. Date of shipment
    B. Customer purchase order number
    C. Any relevant test data for failure description

3. Returns from countries outside the USA must be sent according to the following procedures. Failure to follow these instructions will terminate contractual agreement by UNDERWATER SYSTEMS INC.

    A. Notify UNDERWATER SYSTEMS INC. as said above and include all necessary information with the shipment.
    B. State that they are return (USA) goods
    C. State the goods are defective - NO DECLARED VALUE -
    D. Send returned parts only air parcel or pacel post.
