SEAMAX PB SERIES- OIL-FILLED PRESSURE BALANCED

The Seamax PB Underwater Connector Series is designed for the user that wants an oil-filled pressure balanced and field repairable cable assembly. This configuration provides the user with a true oil-filled pressure balanced connector/cable assembly that is very reliable at great depth and always easily field repairable. The connectors are generally provided in the same configurations as indicated in the Seamax EB and ER Series except the backshell designs allows for the termination and oil back filling of a tube or hose. These connectors are available in both 316 SST and anodized aluminum ranging in shell sizes of 16 thru 46 with both straight and right angle versions.

UFO SERIES- FIBER OPTIC CONNECTORS & PENETRATORS

The UFO series represents a wide range of underwater fiber optic connectors and penetrators. These assemblies are provided in both single and multi-mode with both single and multiple channels. The connectors utilize current technology providing low DB loss rates and are designed with very rugged 316 SST bodies capable of full ocean depth. We provide the user the option of HYBRID UFO designs that incorporate both electrical power or signal, and fiber-optic channels in one highly reliable assembly.

PRESSURE SENSORS-PRESSURE SWITCHES & TRANSDUCERS

Underwater Systems has developed a full range of both pressure switches and pressure transducers specifically designed for the offshore-subsea industries. Devices are provided with pressure ranges starting at 0-15 PSI and up to 0-10,000 PSI. Switches are available with single and double switching set points 0.5% FS with contact ratings of up to 5 amps operating. Transducers are provided with a minimum of 0.25% FS accuracy and various input/output voltages. The instruments are designed using all 316 SST or titanium metal welded construction. Each assembly is available with various pressure port configurations and electrical waterproof wet mateable connectors.
